A smiling family of three sits by a lakeshore campfire roasting marshmallows, embodying servant leadership. They relax on a green blanket with mugs beside them. The text “High Performing Servant Leaders” is overlaid. Logo bottom right reads "Chief Servants.

We need your help deciding the direction of Chief Servants and to reach the right people. Thank you so much for helping us.

You’re here because you’re friends of Kurt, John, and or were personally recommended by a friend of ours. Please take a few minutes to understand a little more about what we’re trying to do and how you can help. 2 minutes, that’s all we need. 5 if you want to do everything.

From Kurt and John:

We’ve both had our lives changed from multiple mentors that were several stages of life ahead of us and being open to learning from those around us. While we’ve both been wildly successful in certain areas, we’ve also made many poor and unwise decisions.

Chief Servants is currently a small “side gig”, and we’d love for you to be part of helping us figure out what it should be, ideas for content, and even who we should target. We believe this will be able to teach the counterintuitive plan that high-achievers know to win at work and home. Imagine getting to your goal 10 or even 20 years earlier.

We’re looking for those men and women that are working full-time and know they need to be intentional to:

  • Increase their salary by 50% (or more) in the next five years. {Just actionable tips, nothing MLM related or that we’re trying to get you to sell}
  • Have a meaningful and close relationship with their spouse or significant others (or how to date well to create a solid foundation)
  • Grow their influence in their circles and as a leader – at work, at home and in their church/volunteer community
  • Find their mission and purpose
  • Avoid the common pitfalls that sidetrack most people at work and in their personal lives.

Where Chief Servants actually goes is up to you. We need your help and want you to be part of helping us grow and make leaders people want to follow.

How you can help

1. Like on Facebook

Work full-time? Fit the type of person we describe above? Like the page and expect motivation for your day, actionable tips, and answers to quick questions.

It’s important that you like the posts/tips/videos and comment periodically. Facebook “dings” us if you like the page but never interact.

2. Adjust your news feed

To make sure you see our posts on Facebook, the video shows you how to tell it what you want to see. This option may only show when you’re on your laptop, depending on your phone. In an upcoming training, we’ll show you how to make Facebook show you only the content you want to see.

3. Like / Comment on Posts

No matter how much you’re generally on Facebook, it would really help us if you’d like/comment/share on posts for a few weeks. Liking/reacting tells FB that the content is interesting and they’ll show it to more people that like the page.

More than that, it helps us to know what you think about the content. The page and group will change. How it changes is up to you. If something resonates with you, please comment and/or share and let us know.

4. Invite your friends to page

Now, you have a better idea what we’re doing and who we’d like involved. Please take 60 seconds and invite your friends that you think would be good additions to the community.

5. Connect on Instagram/Twitter

Interested in the inner circle?

Super excited and want to be even more involved? We’ve created a Facebook group for those that want to jump in on this journey with us. It’s not fully launched yet, but we’ve let a few early-access people in.

Don’t worry, you can always join later.

Thank you! You wouldn’t have been invited to this page if we didn’t value you in our lives. We appreciate you helping to reach a few more people and being part of this.
